Default Waveform and spectrographic view Raven vs Triton

Hello,
Ive been using Triton software package (http://cetus.ucsd.edu/technologies_Software.html) to visualize my recordings, both in the waveform and spectrogram form, with no problems.
I would like to detect fin whale calls and therefore I decided to start with Raven and run a detector. However, Ive been having some issues in visualizing the data as easily as in Triton.
My recordings have a very low sampling rate (100 Hz) and come from a seismometer (Z channel).
The initial view of the waveform is just a blue band with no distinction between signals and noise. I had to run a bandpass filter two times and "amplify" the signal (multiplied by a factor of 0.5) to start seeing some of the calls. However, I can't have the same "clean" view I have in Triton (see image below, please).

The spectrogram has issues as well. When I try to use more or less the same spectrogram parameters as in Triton, I can't see the calls either. Even if I play with the parameters it's hard to get around the noise Raven seems to identify in the 20 Hz band (see image below).

Why do I have these differences between the two programs? Different ways of calculating spectrograms? Could I get some advice on how to enhance my spectrogram, please?

If you would like to take a look at my recording, here's a link:

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi Andreia,

Raven cannot properly read your sound file, and is clipping your sound samples. We'll see what we can do about that.

Note that bug reports and tech support requests can be sent to raven_support@cornell.edu.

Hi Mike,
I didn't know it was a bug, I really thought it was my ignorance.

Thanks for your help!

Andreia
